I have been CrossFitting now for over 2 and a half years
The biggest change i have noticed within myself since i started CrossFit is how Fit I am!
I have the confidence and drive to complete challenging workouts and I actually enjoy working out! Working out has become less of a chore and more of a mood and lifestyle enhancer!
My CrossFit movement of choice would have to be – power cleans, heavy KB swings or deadlifts.
Least favourite – anything over head – over head squats… yuck!
Burpees over squats and currently into my running but I do like a good row!
One thing that I can now do that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit is Double unders.
I rarely have cheat meals… I just eat it when I want it. I love CHOCOLATE.
One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is trying really delicious food places with friends.
Have to admit I don’t really drink it but if I have coffee it must be weak and must be iced so yes I could survive without it.
I think I’d be fine without bacon, I prefer smoked salmon with my poached eggs!
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is the people.
My best party trick is Cracking my knees.
My favourite place to travel in the world would be London and Disney World
The 3 things I couldn’t live without would have to be my activewear collection, chocolate and Joe I guess 😛
In 5 years I see myself owning a home and finally living full time on the Central Coast!
Moving forward my goals are to become even more fit and deadlift 100kg!
