For the past, two and a half years Human Fitness has been running a successful Parents & Prams class open to all members (M/F) of all fitness levels. Tailored specifically to cater for new and old mums and dads. We love that we are able to offer this to our members, allowing them to continue or gain their fitness while their child/children play off to the side with other children, fully viewable from the training floor.
We have loved seeing and working with mothers through their pregnancy, preparing them for the marathon of childbirth, and post pregnancy helping them to gain/regain fitness. We adored seeing their babies go from tiny bubbas to crawling mischief-makers to wobbling tots and preschoolers.
We love that we can bring these parents together to spend time on themselves while not missing out on that precious time with there little one/ones, while adjusting to life as a parent, the benefits out way any others.
