Read Moreachieve in races. Of late I have been ranked 4th in Australia in my age group over 10k, and I believe that Corey’s sessions had a lot to do with that achievement. Corey has identified changes that I needed to make and has educated me on the benefits of high intensity training. The benefits of the training has been has more than just physical, it has greatly improved my confidence and general mental attitude toward racing and fitness. I am so grateful for Corey’s attentiveness and his ability to mix up the sessions to keep it fresh and interesting. There is never a complaint about the sessions being dull, we all absolutely love them and look forward to them each week. Corey’s ability to deal with a range of age groups and both genders at the same time is amazing!

The equipment is well maintained and cleaned after a single use. It is of high quality and regularly added to, to enable the engagement of large and diverse classes. The facilities include separate male and female change rooms, toilets, shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
The programs demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of a range of disciplines pertinent to successful physical development for the individual. Planning has a focus of building strength, endurance and flexibility within the parameters of safe practice and sustainable challenges. Goals, both short and long term, are a shared understanding and the flexibility to cater for individual differences is a feature of each workout. Clients of all ages and abilities are able to work cohesively within the same class and children and teenagers are provided for with specific classes that consider their stage of development.
